I'm afraid to put snorkels on them. They'd just think they could go deeper. Actually in this case, no water got sucked in. The intake is above the riders seat. Stalled out because plug got wet.

Time to snorkel those machines? I was just into my Polaris Magnum 330 and noticed the factory sorta snorkeled it clear to within an inch of the top of the gas tank. I knew my Grizzly 700 had a bit of a factory snorkel but didn't know Polaris was ...

FamilyMan Every day after school we hopped on atvs at the house here an headed to the base of the mountain. Ended up tipping one over just 1.8 miles away. Its pretty interesting retrieving a full size moose intact; we did not even blood it right away due to the hot temp and lotsa bugs. And it worked perfectly. Two big guys and two appreciaters moved that beast again and again until it landed in the freezer. I'm very thankful to them; I could not have done it myself.

I have cow envy. I'm sure you have many times more the meet over the caribou cow I got. Your boy looks jazzed. I bet it was fun for him. Where did you take the animal at?

Cow. She stood over 6 1/2 feet tall at the shoulders. I have a picture of just her head next to a sawzall, but its too bloody to post. The sawzall has a snout the size of a deer or so. Next to the moose's it looks so miniature/tiny. We cut as much ...

What type and grain .338 do you use? I'm a .338 RCM guy. I'm loaded with 225 gr Hornaday Interbond for my current moose hunt. I have not tried this round on a moose. But I killed my last moose with a .270, so no worries. My RCM hits a bit less ...

OK, gotcha. Great country that. On Tyone River, between Tyone Lake and Tyone Creek, there is a spot the locals call "broken canoe". Below that spot is generally seen as inaccessible by paddling (or at least a heckuva lot harder). Not all those ...

Can you tell me; was that picture taken within about a half mile of a round approx 24 inch bright orange bouy marking an infamous rock that is often right at water level? If I'm wrong on your location then you're most likely past the buoy I ...
